About the room

Lovely furnished room in a spacious, sunny artist’s apartment in the vibrant St.Lawrence Market area, close to the Distillery, theatres, schools and financial district, all a short walk away. The room is very private at one end of the apartment with the bath and a small hallway outside your door with a shared kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is ample closet space and storage space plus shelves in the room. Cool in summer with central AC and very cozy and warm in winter! The condo has a marble lobby, 24 hour concierge and indoor pool, sauna patio and gym.

About the roomies

I am an artist and enjoy good company, food and conversation but also enjoy my privacy. I do not eat meat, live a happy, healthy spiritually focused lifestyle, am into yoga, work at home and the space is large enough for everyone to have lots of privacy.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
