About the room
The room has a queen bed, night stand, TV stand and a walk-in closet. You would have the shared bathroom to yourself more than half of the time (it would be shared for 1-2 weeks out of the month with my very quiet brother). You will also have access to the gym equipment in the basement as well as the sofa and TV in the basement rec room. Located in Emerald Hills. Walking distance to all amenities and an easy commute to the city or Fort Sask. Nice backyard to enjoy, tons of walking and biking trails around. Overall, it’s a very quiet home. No couples, please.
About the roomies
It’s mostly just myself and my kitten who live here, aside from my brother who comes for a week or two (at most) during the month. I’m not a party person, non-smoker. I like a clean home and would ideally like a tenant who is also clean and willing to wash their bed sheets on a regular basis. No smoking in the house.
