It would be difficult to find a more convenient & nicer area to live.

About the roomies

There is a very polite & pleasant man that works long hours as management where he works. He cooks & then cleans the kitchen when finished. I occupy a second room, am retired & I am also polite & pleasant to everyone who acts the same. I really don’t like conflict but if you are clean & tidy I will be happy & pleasant.
