It’s located in the centre of Picking with Pickering City Centre Mall just a 5 min walk & City Hall, Library, Park & Sports Complex even closer. GO TRAIN is approx. 10 min walk. It would be difficult to find a more convenient & nicer area to live.
About the roomies
There is a very polite & pleasant man that works long hours as management where he works. He cooks & then cleans up when finished. I occupy a second room, am retired & I am also polite & pleasant to everyone who acts the same. I really don’t like conflict but if you are clean & tidy I will be happy & pleasant.
