Looking for a mature female roommate starting December 2026, must be okay with one very shy cat. Parking spot in parking garage. Room has closet, private bathroom. Den is available to use as well. Large storage room. Fitness room in building free to use. The fitness room has way more equipment now than in the picture. Old picture. Great view. Looking for someone clean, respectful, quiet. Pictures are not what is currently in the apartment furniture wise. Bedroom would be unfurnished. Heat and hot water included, utilities not included and shared are wifi, tenant insurance and power.
