This is a newer detached 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The house is bright, spacious, and mostly furnished, but I’m happy to move or store furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own.

The property includes a fully fenced backyard (just missing the gate - to be installed) with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. There is plenty of space to make yourself feel at home, and the house is within walking distance of stores, restaurants, gyms, and other everyday amenities.

A little about me—I own the home and live here with my dog, Koda, who is friendly and energetic. I work as an electrical engineer and travel frequently for work, so I’m typically home only about half the year. When I am home, I occasionally work remotely.

I’m clean and respectful. In my free time I enjoy working out, reading, travelling, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family. I’m fairly outgoing and appreciate a comfortable, relaxed home where everyone is considerate of shared spaces.
