Its a small apartment. 728 square feet. You walk in and there’s the kitchen small, but enough. To the left is the living room area, good for a tv and 2 couches. You walk through the living room and you have 2 bedrooms side by side and theyre great, nice and big. 1 washroom and nice closet room. Washer and dryer is within the apartment. I think there is only 1 parking spot available. Not pet friendly. Kitchen will be fully supplied on the move in date. And most of the supplies needed for an apartment. Furnished except the 2nd bedroom belonging to the 2nd roomate.

The entire rent plus hydro and the internet is roughly 13 to 14 hundred a month. So 700 would be halfway.
