The house is right on top of the East Coast Trail with spectacular views of Torbay and the surrounding cliffs and coves. Great for people who love to spend time in nature. Organic veg garden with berry bushes, etc, storage shed approx 16 min drive to Marine Institute, 22 min to MUN

Move-in negotiable between August 15 and September 1. Length of leases: min 8 month month, negotiable. Rent variable between $800 to $1100 Damage deposit is 1/2 first month’s rent.

About the roomies

So far Patricia, my co-owner of the house, may or may not be home. She is completing her PhD in Indigenous History and may have to spent part of her time in Minnesota and\or Labrador. I am Annette, an active senior, will be out of province for most of the winter. I am a passionate gardener, love cooking, reading and generally a quiet life. Patricia and I are avid travellers, engaged in social justice issues and are interested in sustainable living. We love co-housing, the joys, as well as the responsibilities and we hope to find like-minded persons to share our special retreat.
