Big double room available in a beautiful apartment in the heart of the plateau (Rue Rachel & St Denis).

2-min walk from grocery stores, bars, cafes etc., 7-min walk to Metro Mont-Royal, and 15-min walk from Mont Royal trails and Lafontaine park.

The room can come furnished with bed, nightstands, commode and tall shelf, but doesn’t have to!

In-unit laundry, but important to note that the machines are located in Alicia’s room! You must be okay with occasionally going into her space to do laundry (we have house rules about what time laundry can be done in order to respect privacy and sleeping hours!). We share cleaning tasks and you would be part of a monthly chore chart (involving one chore a week e.g. cleaning the bathroom).

You would live with two lovely roommates in their mid-twenties: Alicia & Janne, who both work in marketing. Alicia is bilingual and Janne is anglophone. We value a respectful, kind, and social roommate dynamic. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable hanging around people, and participating in creating a warm and welcoming space for friends and guests!
