We’re a couple in our early 50s, both working from home full-time, renting out a private room in our house. The household also includes one roommate who works full-time outside the home.

The Room • Private medium size bedroom – previous roommate had a king size bed, but recommended queen size • Shared bathroom (with one other roommate) • Access to common areas: laundry (washer and drier), kitchen, living room, backyard, and pool • Uncovered parking available street parking (no garage) • No dedicated storage space

Looking For • Respectful, clean, quiet roommate, responsible, non-smoker (preferred), professional with a full time job, comfortable around dogs • Screening – Background/credit check, income requirement (2.5–3x rent), and references
