Working professionals and students are welcome at this fully furnished house in Barrhaven. Great location near Riverside South, with quick and walkable access to grocery stores, cafes, and the Chapman Mills Conservation Area. Easy commute to downtown Ottawa via nearby bus routes, or through the LRT Line 2 (with nearby Park n Ride station options).

All utilities included: Water, Heat, Hydro, Gas plus Wi-Fi, free parking, and winter snow clearing. All appliances included: microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster oven, air fryer, BBQ, washer/dryer, A/C and vacuum cleaner.

Shared common areas include: Kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, and backyard with a large deck. No Smoking or Drugs permitted. Due to a current pet (dog) at the property, no other pets are permitted.

The private room (which includes a lockable door) comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, and shelving. There is also a private bathroom provided for this room (not an ensuite).

Preference for women roommates, NO couples.

I’m a female federal public servant in my late 20s who owns the house. There are no other roommates on the property, but I do have a nearly 4-year-old female Siberian Husky who has been extensively trained and is well-behaved (and quiet). When not working, I participate in dog sports (agility, bikejouring, and sledding), play and coach fastpitch softball, and love to bake, read and have quiet movie nights.
