About the room
My son moved to Uni, and I have a very bright room to spare. The bathroom is mostly exclusive to the room. You can do some light cooking in the kitchen. The townhouse is on the Viva Purple line, and the nearest bus station is only 1 minute away, direct bus to York U Markham campus and Markham Stouffville Hospital.
About the roomies
The townhouse is occupied by me (sometimes my daughter visits from Uni) and a woman with her primary- and high-school-age kids in the basement. They are very quiet. We are going to the same church. The utility bills (hydro/gas) will be split by three ~$35-45/mth each
