Jack's room

South Edmonton, AB T6J 2J6

Beautifully renovated basement in the heart of Duggan. Renovations were completed June 2026, and we are now looking for someone to enjoy it!

The 1500sqft basement was renovated to have two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half kitchen. The suite has a shared rear entrance on the main floor of the property, and a shared laundry room at the bottom of the basement stairs. Besides these two shared spaces, the remaining basement is completely private for a potential roommate.

The basement is currently unfurnished, furnishings negotiable. Pets are negotiable. Main floor kitchen usage is negotiable.

Tons of street parking. Five minute walk to the nearest bus stop. All utilities and internet will be included with the monthly rent.

25 year old homeowner, and 20 year old girlfriend reside on the main floor along side our 2 year old cat. We are both working professionals who are gone for most of the day.

We are quiet individuals who don’t party, don’t smoke, and are usually in bed by 9pm.

We are looking for a working professional, working student, or full-time student to join us in our beautiful house. Couples may be considered.

Beautiful neighbourhood, and great neighbours who keep a watchful eye on the property when away.

We look forward to any inquires!
