Note: Because we share common area in a big house, we need to take turns to vaccine and clean the shared area floor/carpet weekly. The rotation week would be every 2-3 weeks not every week ea person.

Rent adjustment: Winter time : There will be $ 30 extra for central heating during winter period starting from the month we turned on the heating. **rent can be $930 if you r the type working profession wont be home cooking a lot. Only cook few times permonth meal prep.

• You will be sharing with myself ( landlord ) 30+ artistic lady who have been sharing place with others over last 10 years
• Others who live here : British lady 30+ , Canadian guy 25+ ,19 Indian chill girl, social and kind. The vibe in this house is pretty like friendly, we love to share , have a movie night , take dogs for a walk, small gathering party once in a while. Its very chill but also we respect each others space.
• A small cute dog +3 cats also will be your roommate， so we cannot have more pets in the house unfortunately. Highly recommend : write me an exciting bio of who you are and how you think you would fit in the house that make me want to consider you ! Think we are going to live together and we wonna feel like home.
