The landlord has fixed the rent from last year $2,990. The rent is split 50/50 between both tenants, so that each pays $1,495.

Room is available from Sept. 1, 2026, until April 30th, 2027. Arrangements to extend your stay could be made with the landlord, though you may need to find a new roommate after April 30th.

Sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc. with me. Bedrooms are both private and feature plenty of working space. I’m a 21 year old student entering my final year at UofT, and this will be my second year renting the property. I’ve lived with many different roommates over the past few years, and haven’t heard many complaints. I have even maintained contact with a number of my old roommates. I’ve never had any serious disputes with roommates and I try to be as accommodating as possible.
