Bedroom for rent in a lovely apartment overlooking the river valley, walking distance to LRT, easy transit to UofA, close to NAIT and Macewan. Building has in suite laundry, a gym downstairs, underground secure parking and quick access to walking paths in the valley.

I am just finishing up my schooling at NAIT this year. I enjoy watching movies, binging TV shows, sitting down with a nice book, playing games on my computer or taking up a new embroidery project. I’m looking for a roommate that I can hangout with and chat with that likes to keep a nice tidy space (at least in the common areas) as well as someone who values communication. I am also looking for someone who is okay with cats, as I plan on getting a couple kittens once I’m finished school.
