This beautiful, bright basement suite in Allendale is $750/month (utilities included) and comes with in suite laundry, a dishwasher, a spacious backyard, plenty of storage, a shared bathroom with a tub and shower, and one free outdoor parking stall! The space has its own entrance and (I must emphasize) gets a surprising amount of natural light :) The bedroom comes unfurnished and includes a closet.
The home is a four-plex with each section of the house having different entrances and tenants (ours is the left side basement suite). The neighbourhood is super peaceful but also very well connected to transit. It’s conveniently close to the U of A, MacEwan, Whyte Ave, Southgate Mall, and is walking distance to a few parks! You really get the best of city and nature.
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Darya (she/they), 23. I work in hospitality, I’m training to become a fitness instructor, and I’ll be starting at MacEwan this fall. Some favourite pastimes include biking around the city, DJing, and having picnics in the river valley.
I’d love to find someone who also wants to co-create a warm and friendly home with me, a place where we both feel comfortable and happy. I value keeping things tidy, communicating openly and frequently, and coming from a place of mutual respect.
