🏡 Private room in a house! Very spacious room with ensuite with shower and walk in closet. We’re on a quiet street with nice neighbours. Walking distance to parks and amenities.

🛋️ Room is currently furnished but furniture can be moved out if you prefer to bring your own. Rest of the house/shared space is fully furnished and very spacious (the dining room is used to play board games and mtg more than it’s used for eating)

🍹 Shared kitchen with most gadgets you might need, including a dishwasher! Shared laundry room with washer and dryer.

🚗 Wifi included and a parking spot for you out front!
