A bright, fully furnished private room with your own ensuite bathroom is available immediately in our modern apartment building. The whole apartment has 930 sq ft (86 qm²).

The apartment has a balcony, an in-building gym, and everything you need for comfortable downtown living. Utilities are included in the rent.

We’re located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, just a short walk from Yaletown, SkyTrain stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés.

We’re looking for one roommate who is clean, quiet, and respectful. No smoking, no drugs, and no parties. The minimum stay is 6 months, and a damage deposit is required.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a friendly couple. We both work full-time and are usually out during the day. In our free time we enjoy cooking, trying new food, hiking, and exploring Vancouver.

We’re hoping to find someone who is tidy, easy to live with, and respectful of shared spaces. We’d love to meet in person before making a decision to make sure we’re a good fit for each other.
