Hey! Just testing the waters! Possibly looking to rent out a room here, Morris village area, has its own bathroom, air conditioning, washer/dryer, wifi and utilities included, large closet, winter parking situation would need to be figured out but feel like there’s options, Morris village area\ 800$\month, September, shared living area, Unfortunately female only as I”m a dad that’s has a young daughter/ no problem making the room a office or something but if there’s a cool, clean, quiet, respectful working person that’s the right fit I’d be open. just seeing if there’s interest!thanks!

Hey! Just a little blurb with additional information about the room! Located- Morris Village, Rockland Rental situation- I rent this place also; been here 2 years now, I work from home, for a bank, I have my young daughter 50/50, week to week, I’m clean, quiet Prev. tenant was a full time student, no issues, The room is clean, big closet, its own washroom,  id be cool with 800$/month, and I would cover the rest of the rent, WIFI, water, Enbridge/Enercare, Air conditioned, washer/dryer, Just looking for the right situation, I’m ok with having the place for just me and my daughter but if the right person comes around I feel like it would be ok to rent the room out looking for someone clean, down to earth, quiet, respectful etc…help out with house things here and there, I’m renting this place also so not really looking for a renter/tenant thing, more of a roommate situation, feel like the living room and dining room area are pretty furnished so wouldn’t need furniture (besides what you would want in your room), kitchen is shared, you would have 4 large cupboards for yourself, back balcony, So there’s just one parking spot, during the summer people park on the road here but during the winter something would need to be figured out, I posted on FB for my tenant last year saying they were looking for a parking spot in this area and multiple people responded, so feel like there’s options,. I’m kind of quiet and do my own thing, your room is your room, I 100% respect your privacy (I’ve only been in the room once before lol)
