The room is small but bright, with plenty of storage space. It’s in a 3‑bedroom women’s flatshare located in Rosemont, near Parc Molson, cafés, restaurants and Cinéma Beaubien.

The neighbourhood is calm, family‑friendly and very walkable. Most errands can be done on foot.

Public transit is excellent: several bus lines are a short walk away, and the nearest metro station is about 15 minutes on foot. The area is also surrounded by bike paths.

We are two women looking for a third roommate to complete our flatshare. We both lead calm, respectful lifestyles and value a peaceful home. We respect each other’s private space and keep shared areas clean and comfortable. We are looking for someone who appreciates a quiet, friendly and considerate environment.
