Newly renovated Calderwood Dr. home has bedrooms available for rent in a 4-bedroom furnished home beginning Sept. 1, 2026. The room can be furnished with a twin bed, desk, and dresser upon request. The Landlord lives on site. This is a respectful home. The ideal tenant will be a responsible upper year post-secondary student at St. Lawrence College or Queen’s University, or a recent graduate of a professional post-secondary program working in a professional environment. The home is located 5 minutes walk from St. Lawrence College and 15 minutes walk from Queen’s West Campus.
