We’re renting out one or two bedrooms in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. The house has two levels, with the available bedrooms located upstairs while we live in the basement, giving everyone a bit of their own space and privacy.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, deep freezer, and just about every kitchen appliance you could need. There is also a shared laundry room available for everyone in the house.

Outside, you’ll find a fully fenced backyard with a small garden—perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air.

Rent is $700 per bedroom, per month, and includes:

At this time, we’re looking for a clean, respectful roommate and are not able to accommodate pets or children.

Who you’ll be living with: Brook, male, 27 and Shauntelle, Female, 24 We’re a couple in our mid-20s who have been together for 3 years, and we’re looking for one or two like-minded roommates to share our home with.

We’re pretty laid-back and keep things fairly quiet. We don’t party much and would prefer someone who also enjoys a calm, respectful home environment. That said, we still like to have fun—whether that’s hosting board game night, or going to the occasional rave, or just hanging out with friends.

Our hobbies include video games, reading, art, gardening, Dungeons & Dragons, and board games. We’re both clean, respectful of shared spaces, and value open communication. We’re also 420 friendly.

We also have a small senior dog who is very friendly, quiet, fully house-trained, and rarely barks. For this reason we cannot accept new pets into the home.

The reason we’re looking to rent out the upstairs bedrooms is that we’re planning to renovate the basement where we’ll be living. Renting the rooms will help make those renovations more affordable while giving us the opportunity to share our home with people who are a good fit.
