The house is in downtown Guelph, right near Goldie Mill Park with a beautiful river trail just down the street. Room available for September 1st. Month-to-month rent
About the roommates: The house is shared with Erin (she/her), Saphyre (they/them), and Phil (he/him), folks are in their early 20’s-early 40s, and most people are queer/2SLGBTQ+. One other roommate is a PSW student and the rest of us are working professionals. Everyone’s fairly quiet and keeps to themselves for the most part, but is friendly, chill, and keeps the space pretty clean.
Erin also has a sweet cat named Whisky. He’s a gentle boy who can be skittish but is very friendly and curious.
The place is great for a working professional/mature students, or any students looking for a spacious place.
