($300 but can be split over two months) Nice quiet neighborhood with two buses Tranquille Rd 1 across the street, Parkcrest 2 a block and a half down the road on Crestline St. Recreation center (Summer pool, indoor skating/hockey in winter. Fairly quiet neighborhood. House will be shared with two males (Myself, (Superintendant) and a friend who is very mild-mannered, amenable easy to get along with. Street-side parking for two. in a few weeks the driveway should be available. Working dryer, still working on getting the washing machine replaced. A steady renter will be a big help toward that goal. Internet and 24/7 Streaming service benefits to Smart TV, Computer, Laptop, Smart Phone through wifi. Pref. long term accommodation, each time it takes a month or more to rent, it costs me a LOT personally. Accommodation is perfectly suited to a male resident. I also run a huge media server with 46 TB of storage that can be streamed 24/7 to Phone, Laptop, PC or Smart TV. Illicit drugs and/or habits, illegal activities are ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Discovery of such will be grounds for immediate termination with a maximum of 1 month’s notice.

About the roomies

I am 60 years old, (In reasonable shape and healthy) mature and mostly keep to myself. I love computers, know a lot about them and am very well equipped. I DJ online a lot and run a Web Radio station I have other other social and intellectual pursuits as well. My other Tenant is mild mannered, quiet, and HARD NOT to get along with.
