We are looking for non-men, students, and around the same age as us (20 years). Bonus points for also being neurodivergent and lgbtq of course. (Also absolutely zero consideration for anyone who will even one single time think about smoking or vaping inside. Weed on the balcony is perfectly fine, but I will be uncomfortable with a cigarrette or vape even being in the apartment… so don’t.)

117x120cm private bedroom with closet and private balcony. It is currently pretty much entirely unfurnished. and we would be willing to help you move anything in as much as we can!!

The 3 bedroom apartment is on the top of a 2 story complex, with a private first floor access. It has in-unit laundry, a kitchen and living room. an IGA is within a 5 minute walk, Verdun/De L’Eglise metro both 10 minutes, and it’s fairly close to the river as well. Internet is around $70 split 3 ways, and I’m still figuring out what utilities will look like

For the kitchen, we have a toaster-oven-air-fryer, (a microwave soon I’ve just been putting it off), more cabinets than we know what to do with, a standard fridge and stove, and a second balcony. we share some foods, and we have others that are just for one person. So there is basically no world where we would ever take your food without asking first.

We do not yet have any pets present in our apartment, but we are hoping to bring one along. So if you want to be the one bring along a pet (that is about as chill and self sufficient as a cat or a lizard or a fish), then feel free!!

The hope is for us to want to spend time with each other, and become at least decently friends. We don’t want a roomate just for the sake of making rent cheaper, but to add something positive to the actual energy of the space we live in every day!! Ideal match if you like to play boardgames together, watch shows together, and maybe even share a meal and chat about our day sometimes.

I like quiet and cleanliness, and I’m usually very social and outgoing. I will be trying to make plans and do things together. As well, I am autistic, so I have all of the quirks and horrors that come with that

Alder - My lovely roomate, also a 20 year old student at concordia. Loves to talk about books and movies. Fairly reclusive, but still very friendly. They spend most of their time reading, listening to music or watching a show. They are prone to playing music out loud when cleaning or existing in common areas.
