Hi! We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Nepean, ON. One bedroom is available for $816 per month, with Wi-Fi included. Utilities are separate. The house has a large kitchen, in-unit laundry, and comfortable shared spaces. We keep a clean home and enjoy spending time in the common areas, including movie nights, while still valuing personal space. There are no pets in the home. Snow removal is handled by the landlord in the winter, and lawn care is taken care of in the summer. We are on a month-to-month lease. The current tenant is also looking to sell her size double mattress if interested.

Hi I’m Ciara, starting September I will be a Sonography student at Algonquin College, I enjoy sewing and baking! The other roommate, Paige, is a recent Forensic Psychology graduate at Carleton University, she enjoys reading and yoga!
