The location is one of the best just two blocks from Stephen Avenue and the CTrain, with restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and everything you need within walking distance.

The building has great amenities, including a 24/7 gym, a rooftop with an amazing view, and a coworking space that’s perfect for studying or working from home. The rent is $1,200 per month and includes all utilities except electricity and Wi-Fi. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. I don’t mind if you have pets, and I’m a very easygoing, organized, and flexible person. I’m looking for someone who will also enjoy sharing a comfortable and respectful living space.
