The building has great amenities, including a 24/7 gym, a rooftop with an amazing view, and a coworking space that’s perfect for studying or working from home. The rent is $1,200 per month and includes all utilities except electricity and Wi-Fi. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. I don’t mind if you have pets, and I’m a very easygoing, organized, and flexible person. I’m looking for someone who will also enjoy sharing a comfortable and respectful living space.
