PRICE: $1,589/month + $90 utilities (wifi, hydro, gas). Lease takeover fee of ~$113 will apply. Parking spot is currently rented out for $130/month, split evenly between two roommates (i.e., your monthly rent excluding utilities would only be $1,524 if you decide to use the $65 received from parking to pay part of your rent)

You will me sharing the unit with me, I’m a working professional in my mid 20s and have a hybrid work schedule. You will be staying in the second bedroom with your own private washroom (not ensuite). I am a quiet and easygoing person who is looking for a like-minded individual, and is committed to being communicative, clean, and respectful of shared space. I prefer my personal space most of the time during the week - if you occasionally have a friend or two over, totally cool as long as you give me a heads up. Looking to stay long-term if we vibe well as roommates. Viewings are available upon request.
