Property backs onto a park, which is on Williams Parkway. Furnished, shared bathroom on upper level, shared laundry in your level (basement), close to all transit (GO and ZUM). There is not a formal kitchen, there’s a bar fridge and a hot plate (no full fridge or stove), and the water source is in the laundry room, so if you’re an avid cook, this probably won’t be ideal. Parking for one car, internet, air conditioning and gas and hydro included. Short walk to groceries, all amenities (dentist, hair dresser, Service Ontario, banks, etc). First and last required, credit and police checks and letter of school or employment needed. Use of large backyard. No overnight guests past 9 pm. House is very quiet and I have two very clean cats.

It’s just me living in the house and my two cats. We are extremely quiet. I work full time during the week days. I’m very clean.
