The room has quite a bit of storage, a dresser, a closet, a book shelf, and 2 side tables. The property is located very close to the college as well as right beside a grocery store. Lots of families and a few students in apartment as well. Laundry is on site. There is wifi available and parking. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared, the bathroom is fairly large. There is a small balcony too, although you can’t smoke on balcony.

It would just be me, I am 24. I am very clean, and very busy. I work 3 jobs. I sometimes have a friend over but never any parties or anything, I appreciate my down time. I take pride in having a clean and comfortable apartment.
