Cozy room in a 2 bedroom apartment, furnished or unfurnished. I speak Russian so if you are a Ukrainian or Russian it is a plus. If you have a kid, it is a plus. There is a balcony and the building has a swimming pool and gym. There is a community garden across the street. Close to city centre, the lake, hip bars and restaurants. Lots of child friendly activities nearby- recreation centres, school, playgrounds.
I live currently live alone and have 2 kids who are in the apartment half of the time. 4 year old girl and a 9 year old boy. I am a queer graphic designer who moved to Toronto for work. I love this city but I also like saving and I also love cooking and having a roommate.
