Hello, I’m renting a semi-furnished room in a 5.5-bedroom apartment. Basically, one room per person; two rooms are already occupied. Internet and hot water are included, but electricity is not. The location is excellent, an 8-minute walk from Saint Michel station, close to many parks and shops, and a 12-minute walk from a Maxi supermarket (Winner’s, Dollarama, Iga, etc.).
