• Utilities are extra and are typically around $100/month per person, including utilities, Wi-Fi, and tenant insurance.

Parking: A parking space is available. If you don’t need it, we can rent it out for approximately $200/month, meaning we’d each receive about $100/month, which you can put toward your rent.

Condo: The condo has a gym, spa with hot tubs, sauna, and steam room, yoga room with classes, roof top deck, movie theatre, and social club that hosts lots of cool activities.

Lease: I’m ideally looking for someone interested in a 1-year lease, although I’m open to discussing other arrangements.
