Beautiful spot, really close to downtown but quiet and suburban feeling. Close to buses that go straight to U of C and SAIT. Beautiful sunroom, great view, huge place! Really nice hardwood floors and accents, great light.

I’m Kayt! I like movies and music and art and walks and dancing and reading. I’m pretty social, so I do have friends over and like to host. kind of a hippie, so don’t expect an instagrammable house all the time. IM pretty ADHD and have a fairly dynamic lifestyle though I do enjoy peace and quiet so would vibe with someone with a more regular schedule maybe? I think the best fit for this place would be either a student or someone who is newer to the city (I have major big sister energy, 5 younger bros, happy to help you discover Calgary) but I’m down to hear a bit about you and see what works! The house is beautiful and old and a good deal so I really want someone who appreciates it and wants to take care of it. I have a pet skinny pig, (ugly) Bobby, and am not interested in adding more animals to the house, but he’s very friendly and loves attention!
