About the room

Hello potential new roommate! One space is available in our spacious and affordable rental in College Park East for September 1rst. The room is $475 a month plus a quarter of utilities (often around $150). The main bathroom will be shared with 1 person, as Andres and Alyssa have their own. Kitchen and laundry are shared with everyone. WIFI is an additional charge, or you can get your own. Additionally, you gain access to the inground heated pool in summertime! The house is fully furnished, except for your room.

Alyssa, 25, loves doing crafts and baking. She is engaged to Andres and is in university.
Andres, 28, enjoys gaming and is from Ecuador. He works full time and is engaged to Alyssa. -Asheley is moving in this August, and she is in university.

Additionally, a cat, a dog, and a caged rabbit live in the house. We are all very friendly and work to maintain a clean and tidy space.
