I have a furnished room in my 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath Townhouse located near 23 Ave & 91 St. Two blocks from the Millwoods Rec Centre, New Health Centre, & close to South Edmonton Common, Costco, Grey Nuns Hospital, Henday, and public transportation

Looking for a chill, responsible, respectful, tidy, quiet, non-smoking, non-partying roomie (female please). Students welcome, and/or must have job security to be able to pay rent on time. I would prefer a minimum 6 month commitment & it’s available October 1st (sooner or later negotiable). Rent includes utilities, laundry, internet(no cable) & 1 powered parking stall. The room is furnished with a bed, side tables, dresser, and shelf. The main 4pc bathroom is shared as it has the only tub/shower, but will be yours for storage & prep and I use the 2pc bathroom.

I am an early 40’s female, so more of an “aunty” to students. Easy going, work full time, keep to myself, enjoy camping, volleyball, reading, & artsy stuff. I have a large Lab x Golden Retriever, so you MUST be pupper friendly. Sorry, I can’t take in any more animals.
