We’re a group of young adults who love living here and creating a positive, respectful household. For some of us, this will be starting our fourth year in this home. We take pride in caring for the house and property and have built a happy, welcoming environment based on community, respect, and shared responsibility.

Our cozy home sits on a beautiful 1/3-acre property with a community vision. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys nature, creativity, outdoor activities, and being part of a household where everyone contributes.

The home features:

A private bedroom Shared upstairs and downstairs common areas 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms A beautiful deck with a peek-a-boo view A yoga/stretch room A piano and space for playing music A large garden area where you can have your own garden space Greenhouse Fruit trees, berries, and plenty of room to grow food An outdoor clawfoot bathtub and shower with hot water on demand An outdoor kitchen project underway in our food cart We enjoy a peaceful home while also staying active and creative. Some of the things we love include: Gardening and growing vegetables Caring for our bee hives Cooking and sharing meals Food preservation (canning, dehydrating, fermenting) Playing music Board games Yoga and stretching Ultimate frisbee Biking Exploring oceans, lakes, rivers, walking trails, and hiking areas whenever possible We share household and common chores to keep our home clean, organized, and beautiful. We’re looking for someone who respects the space, enjoys contributing to the household, and wants to be part of a thoughtful and caring community.
