About the room

I hope you are well, thank you for considering this room. The room is furnished with a bed and dresser and the kitchen has many appliances you may use (oven, stove, kettle, toaster). There is an ensuite laundry and dryer. The room is close to Edmonds Station (10 min walk) with quick access to downtown and has access to many bus routes nearby (112, 123, 106, 133). It is close to Highgate mall for your grocery shopping and other needs, looking for students or young professionals who like to keep to themselves. No smoking indoors, there is a back alley and a park if you need to do so.
