Three individual rooms available (in a three bedroom basement apartment) Sept 1 for $800. Recently renovated with 3 large, bright bedrooms. There is a living room with television and comfortable seating. Shared kitchen is fully equipped, even has a dishwasher. There is a high-grade coffee maker, kettle and lots of pots and pans. Shared bathroom. Some furnishing may be available upon request.

VERY IMPORTANT: Two people in a single room is not permitted. Students are best suited to this space. No pets.

Not sure yet who will be living there. I tend to rent to students. It’s a quiet place and generally everyone splits chores, although I will have your room professionally cleaned prior to occupancy.
