The roommate: This is a 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms unit. We just signed with a 3rd year female undergrad student at uoft. She is clean, considerate and easygoing, would be great to be roommate with.

Our wonderful tenants are leaving, we’re looking for TWO female roommates as per the tenant’s preference. The kitchen and the common space will be shared among 3 people. We are looking for mature, clean, quiet and respectful individuals who clean after themselves and respect other’s privacy. Non smoker, no weeds, no pets (one housemate in another unit has allergies).

I prefer a calm and quiet environment but am totally fine to have people over once in a while with a heads up. I’m hoping to find roommates who don’t mind my partner staying over twice a year for a few weeks during longer school breaks. I don’t smoke or drink much, and usually sleep around midnight or 1 am after showering. I’m looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly, female roommate to rent with!
