The apartment is shared with me and my two friendly, well-behaved cats, so it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys living with pets.

The location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop right in front of the building, and Western University is about a 30-minute bus ride away. A grocery store and pharmacy are also within walking distance.

To help keep the home comfortable, the apartment is professionally deep cleaned once a month, and the cost is included in the rent.

Rent also includes all utilities (hydro and water) as well as high-speed internet, so there are no extra monthly bills to worry about.
