Private Room for Rent in a 4 Bed, 3 Bath Home – $730/Month Hello everyone! I am Looking for a clean, respectful female tenant to take over a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. The house is shared with other female tenants, so female applicants are preferred.

Rent

• $730/month
• All utilities included (including snow removal)

• Wi-Fi is not included ($21.20/month per person)

The Room

• Bright, spacious basement bedroom with lots of natural light and modern finishes.
• Officially rented unfurnished, but I will be leaving my furniture behind. If you’re interested, I’m selling the bed frame and mattress for an additional fee.
• Furniture available includes: * Bed frame (double bed frame that has a pull out drawer) * Mattress(double mattress) * Desk * Chair * Mirror * And a few other essentials

The Home

• You’ll share a bathroom with one other female roommate.
• The shared living room includes a couch, and the kitchen comes equipped with appliances. You’re also welcome to bring your own kitchen items if you prefer.
• The roommates are clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to live.

Location

• Conveniently located with one direct bus to both Carleton University and the University of Ottawa.
• Parking is included if you have a vehicle.

Ideal Tenant We’re looking for someone who is:

• Female (preferred)
• A student, recent graduate, or working professional
• Clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces
• No pets, please Move-in: Between August 31 and September 2.

Application Requirements The successful applicant will be required to provide:

• First and last month’s rent
• Proof of tenant insurance (it’s okay if you don’t currently have it, as long as you’re willing to obtain it before moving in)
• Proof of funds(last 3 pay stubs)
• Proof of employment
• A guarantor
• Credit report
• Valid photo ID
