Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Includes amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, and a parking spot. There is also a small private porch to the back of the house, exclusive to this unit.

I am moving out of my unit and looking for someone to take over my share of the lease. My roommate is looking for another female tenant (me being male was the exception).

She is a film student at TMU, finishing up her final year of study. Wonderful taste for interior decorating, very sociable and amenable as a roommate. We have lived in this unit together since last September and the dynamic has been wonderful!
