Private entrance and utilities are included with water, heat, gas and internet. $800 or $850 per room per month and one month rent deposit is required. ONLY 1 person per room occupancy. Private shower. Discount would be considered to the appropriate candidate(s) if renting 2 rooms together, either by one person or 2 people who know each other.

• In order to keep it in a quiet environment, there will be NO visitors. (will review after 6 months of occupancy) • Cooking food with a strong or pungent smell or deep-frying is NOT permitted. • The area needs to be kept clean and tidy, especially the kitchen and washroom. • NO leftover dishes in the sink. • Microwave, oven, stove top, simple pots & pans, utensils, cups and bowls are available but NO dishwasher machine
