Also available : weekly rentals one week minimum, all rates for weekly rentals are plus HST, the property It is a 15-minute drive to Port Dover and 45 minutes to Brantford. Other touristic areas at close proximity includes Turkey Point only 23 minutes away, the house is conveniently 3 minutes by car from Fanshawe College. We also have available an in-law suite with a private bathroom perfect for two people or two students willing to share for only $750 each. Shopping centres and Norfolk General Hospital less than 10 minutes away by car. First and last month is required for yearly rentals and midterm rentals ( 2 month minimum ) if you have any questions feel free to call us or send us a message at anytime. All utilities are included, such as central AC and heating, electricity, and high-speed WiFi internet. The room is on the second floor of the house and has access to a guest living room area with comfortable seating. There is also a guest full bathroom on the second floor and a half bathroom on the main floor. You will be sharing the common areas and amenities with two other guests including use of backyard, laundry facilities and a full kitchen equipped with a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher machine, all kitchen utensils including : pots and pans, two microwaves ovens, Koureg single serve coffee maker, tableware, a fridge, and a dining area with a dining table and chairs. Please note that this is a non-smoking drug-free environment. Tobacco and Cannabis are not allowed on the premises. Parking is available on the street or onsite.
