About the room
The apartment is in a really nice location, just a few minutes from downtown, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the building, so getting around the city or to the U of S is super easy.
The apartment is furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished, so you can set it up however you’d like. It’s a pretty quiet place, and since I work full-time after recently graduating from the U of S, I’m usually out during the day. It includes internet, insurance heat and water. Bathroom was recently renewed and carpet changed :)
About the roomies
It’ll just be you and me! I recently graduated from the U of S and work full-time, so I’m out most weekdays. I’m pretty laid-back and like keeping the apartment clean and comfortable without being super strict about it. I’m always happy to chat, but I also totally respect personal space and downtime.
I also have a cat named Mochi who’s very friendly and loves meeting new people, so being okay with cats is a must.
