The property is located in heart of downtown, near Bruyere Hospital with friendly neighborhood and various walkable distance sushi and Chinese take out places. Also, another big advantage is Byward is about 5 minutes walk distance and very connected to transportation including the O-train and buses. Another advantage especially if you’re a student at UOttawa we are located close to the campus that is reachable by walking and a couple stops on the bus.

The available room is located on the upper floor of the unit. The bathroom is shared with just one other female tenant, as the house has two bathrooms—one on each floor.

The room is currently fully furnished, and I plan to leave all of the furniture behind when I move. If you’re interested in renting the room furnished, I’d be happy to discuss selling the furniture to the new tenant at a reasonable price. We are three girls in our early 20s looking for a fourth roommate to replace myself as I will be moving back home.

Doralie is a Finance student at uOttawa and works full-time in Accounts Receivable in a hospital. She’s organized, easygoing, a total book lover and a whiz in the kitchen.

Isabelle works full-time as a Dietary Aid. She’s friendly, reliable, enjoys gaming in her downtime, and is always up for a cozy coffee break.

Miriam currently works full-time as a nanny and enjoys quite time in her room, also does enjoy reality TV.

They’re all friendly, respectful, and value a clean, comfortable home. We enjoy quiet nights in, shared laughs, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels relaxed and included.
