It is at a very convenient location around 5- to 8-minute walk from Union Station,15 to 20-minute commute to the UofT St. George Campus, and also very close to TMU and George Brown College. The surrounding neighborhood has grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and the Harbourfront right down the street. Inside the building, you will have full access to excellent facilities, including a fully equipped fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a 24-hour concierge.

The available space is a fully private bedroom and bathroom in a modern 3-bedroom condo. The rent includes both water and electricity. You will have full use of the shared kitchen and bathroom, plus an in-suite washer and dryer. We keep a clean, comfortable environment with a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy.

I am a 3rd-year Mechanical Engineering student at UofT. I usually sleep around 12- 2 am and clean the public space weekly. I usually cook three times a week and enjoy sports and music.
