It’s a nice shared apartment space with a large living room and a medium-sized kitchen. There is ample space in the shared living area on the first floor. 2nd Floor: The shared bathroom is a decent size with a good bathtub and shower. The room itself is 13’ x 10’ with a nice window view onto Queen St. East. The place is above street level and is right across from a major TTC streetcar corner. It’s in Leslieville, a lovely area near parks, Woodbine Beach, the Leslie Spit, groceries, and everything you could ever want.

We are splitting utilities and Internet, and they are around $70 per month in total, depending on usage in the building.

In september there will be my current roommate and me, plus whoever is lucky enough to get in! We are very chill, young working professionals in our mid-to-late 20s. We like to hang out and get outside, cook together, watch movies, and things. We’re looking for a clean, chill roommate around our age who is willing to hang out sometimes. Open to students or grad students. We enjoy biking, running, video games, music, guitar, politics, and many other things.
