Walking distance to western (about 15min) and walking distance to downtown office district (10min), short walk to St Josephs (5 min). Great for exchange students, visiting Professors, hospital residents, downtown employees or students.

You’ll get a private room to yourself with door lock, and share the rest of the fully furnished house with us. Nice big tall ceilings in a relaxing and peaceful environment. Amenities: very large backyard! baseball field, tennis courts, practice wall, river and path right behind, patio with BBQ.

The room is on 2nd floor with a bathroom and 2 female roommates in 2 other rooms. The bathroom/shower is shared by the 3 floor occupants. There is Air Condition in the room controlled by remote separately for every room.

This is biggest room in the house roughly 15 feet x 12 feet. Plus 2 closets running full length of the room. It’s currently furnished with bed desk, closets, and it can stay that way or i can empty it for you. Whatever works best for you! Parking on site is available for extra $80.

We are 2 males ages (31,41), 2 females (age 24, 39). Study / Work 9-5, in different fields like bio lab, PHD, fitness, MBA. We are very quiet for the most part, little less on some weekends. I like to keep a nice peaceful home, as we all work in the morning and take our jobs seriously. But weekends can get louder. Students & professionals welcome!

Male or Female we have lived with both before.

There is one dog in the house. Small Dachshund.
